Heritage Lifecare invites applications for a Clinical Services Manager at Hodgson House Lifecare & Village in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. This permanent full-time role (40 hours/week) leads the clinical team, delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.

You will provide effective leadership, drive high-quality care, and promote resident well-being in a diverse whānau environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NZ practising certificate (ideally aged care experience).
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Experience implementing best practice and continuous improvement processes.

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services manager at Hodgson House Lifecare for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
• Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
• A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
