Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora in Nelson is seeking a Clinical Administration Secretarial Support to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to consultants and clinical teams. The role manages clinical correspondence, coordinates appointments, and maintains patient records to support the patient journey from referral through to treatment and follow-up care.
The position is permanent, full-time (80 hours per fortnight, 1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday, 7.30 AM to 4.00 PM.

Previous secretarial, administration, or healthcare experience andknowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous but are not essential.
Atyping speed of 50 words per minute or more is essential. Audio transcription experienceand medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferredapplicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealandor hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
