Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Nelson Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical Administration Support to assist consultants and clinical teams, managing patient journeys from referral to treatment.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organisation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 0.6 FTE with rostered hours, no on-call, and a supportive team focused on excellent patient care in Nelson.
Experience in healthcare administration and transcription would be advantageous.

As aClinical Administration Support team member, you will provide administrativesupport to consultants and clinical teams, helping to manage the patientjourney from specialist referral and appointment through to treatment andongoing care within the community.
This role requires excellent attention todetail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain accuratepatient information within our clinical systems, including the transcription ofmedical documentation.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 48 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE), with hoursacross:
Week 1: Monday,Thursday, Friday 7.30AM to 4.00PM; Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, 7.30AM to 4.00PM, Saturday & Sunday 7.30AM to11.30AM.
No on-call isrequired.

As Clinical Administration Support, you will:
Atyping speed of 50 words per minute or more is essential. Dictaphone experienceand medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferredapplicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealandor hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
