Pacific Health Group in Hamilton is seeking a Clinic Administrator to support clinicians and ensure a positive client experience from first contact. You will manage invoicing with ACC, process payments, and maintain banking records in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate is warm, customer-focused, with experience in healthcare admin and strong Microsoft Office skills. Full NZ driver’s license and local residency are required, with ongoing learning and team growth encouraged.

Qualifications

• Warm and approachable with a friendly manner.
• Experience in customer-facing/admin roles, preferably healthcare.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication with diverse clients daily.
• Full, valid NZ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments.
• Process client payments and maintain banking records.
