Job summary

Tribe Group in Remuera, Auckland, is seeking a capable healthcare operations leader for a 2–3 month temporary role onsite. You will lead a team of 10–12 across medical reception and back-office administration, coordinating priorities and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver seamless patient care.

You will oversee workload, KPIs, and the patient journey from first contact to billing, while driving improvements in processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team across front desk and back-office operations.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in giving guidance, feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities
