Conroe Digital Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary, trusted contact for a set of local-business clients. This remote-first role centers on clear, proactive communication and guiding clients through marketing progress.

You will explain strategy in plain language, flag risks early, and coordinate with Product & Delivery to land requests with the right people and timelines. The role sits in the Client Success track with a clear path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Professional communication experience with clients, customers, or accounts.
• Ability to explain technical or strategic work in plain language.
• Comfort with honest conversations, including when the news is not good.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Responsabilités

• Own the relationship and communication cadence for an assigned set of clients.
• Run regular check-ins that report results in plain English and set expectations honestly.
• Spot scope creep, misunderstandings, and dissatisfaction early, and raise them internally before they become emergencies.
• Coordinate with Product & Delivery so client requests land with the right people and the right timelines.
• Keep accurate notes so any teammate can pick up a client conversation without losing context.
