We are hiring a Channel Product Manager to own the performance of an entire marketing channel: strategy, service quality, results, and eventually the team behind it.

This is a role with real ownership. You will define how the channel is packaged, delivered, and measured. You will talk with clients, understand their businesses, and make informed recommendations you can defend. You will be given unusual freedom over how you work, and in return you will be expected to take unusual ownership of the results.

You will work closely with the founder, with Platform Specialists who execute inside the channel, and directly with clients. Over time, the expectation is that you build this channel into a product: repeatable processes, clear standards, and outcomes the business can point to.

What You'll Own

• Own the strategy, delivery quality, and results of an entire marketing channel.
• Develop informed points of view on where the channel should go and explain your reasoning to clients and teammates.
• Translate client goals into concrete channel plans, then own the outcomes of those plans.
• Monitor performance data, communicate results in plain English, and adjust course when the evidence says you should.
• Build and improve the processes, standards, and documentation the channel runs on.
• Help interview, train, and eventually manage Platform Specialists working inside the channel.

• Clients in your channel understand what they are getting and why, and their results back it up.
• Channel delivery runs on documented, repeatable processes rather than personal heroics.
• You can show, with data, how the channel performed and what you changed in response.
• Commitments you make to clients and teammates are met, or renegotiated early and honestly.

• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Helpful, Not Required

• Experience working directly with small-business clients.
• Experience managing or mentoring other marketers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and modern search behavior.

Where You’ll Work

This is a remote position designed for someone based close to the communities Conroe Digital serves.

You’ll perform your day-to-day work remotely, but you should generally live within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area so you can meet with clients or participate locally when being there in person makes sense.

There is no daily office commute associated with the role.
