Conroe Digital Inc. is a remote-first digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County, Texas. We are hiring a Channel Product Manager to own the performance of an entire marketing channel and shape its strategy, delivery, and measurable results.

You will work closely with the founder, Platform Specialists, and clients, with the goal of evolving this channel into a repeatable product and documented processes over time.

Qualifications

• Genuine marketing expertise in at least one channel.
• Clear written and spoken communication; ability to explain strategy without jargon.
• Comfort owning outcomes: deadlines, quality, and difficult conversations.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, delivery quality, and results of an entire marketing channel.
• Develop informed viewpoints on channel direction and explain to clients/teammates.
• Translate client goals into concrete channel plans and own outcomes.
• Monitor performance data, report results in plain English, adjust as needed.
• Build and improve processes, standards, and documentation for the channel.
• Help interview, train, and eventually manage Platform Specialists within the channel.
