Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services, fintech, or similarly complex environment.
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships quickly.
• Confident explaining complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to accountants and direct taxpayers via phone and email.
• Resolve client enquiries and deliver practical solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes and guide clients through available options.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients across New Zealand.
• Support client education, training and platform adoption.
• Work closely with Technology, Operations and Sales and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and client experiences.
• Advocate for our clients and ensure their voices are heard.
