Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to accountants and direct taxpayers via phone and email.
• Resolve client enquiries and deliver practical solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes and guide clients through available options.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients across New Zealand.
• Support client education, training and platform adoption.
• Work closely with Technology, Operations and Sales and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and client experiences.
• Advocate for our clients and ensure their voices are heard.

We are looking for a Client Solutions Expert to join our team and become a trusted partner to accountants and corporate clients across New Zealand.

The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

You will be the person clients turn to when they need answers, guidance, or solutions. One conversation might involve helping a client navigate our platform, while the next could see you working through a complex tax-related query, preparing a quote, or partnering with teams across the business to resolve an issue.

You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and commercial thinking to deliver an experience that keeps clients coming back.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing exceptional support to accountants and direct taxpayers via phone and email.
• Resolving client enquiries and delivering practical solutions.
• Preparing accurate quotes and guiding clients through available options.
• Building trusted, long‑term relationships with clients across New Zealand.
• Supporting client education, training and platform adoption.
• Working closely with Technology, Operations and Sale and Marketing teams.

• Acting as a strong advocate for our clients and ensuring their voices are heard.

About You

• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services, fintech, professional services, or a similarly complex environment.
• The ability to build trust and strong relationships quickly.
• Confidence explaining complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
• A genuine desire to help people and contribute to a high-performing team.
