First Focus in New Zealand is seeking a Systems Engineer (Client SME) to resolve advanced escalations and own client environments. You will design, implement, and maintain solutions across Microsoft cloud and on‑prem environments, and lead technical scoping and pre‑sales activities.

The role offers hybrid working with strong leadership support, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture focused on operational excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Engineer or similar infrastructure-focused IT role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting capability across diverse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain client infrastructure solutions across Microsoft cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead technical project scoping, including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise for architecture, planning, and client consultations.
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments and drive process improvements.
