Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Systems Engineer role with infra focus.
• Strong troubleshooting across complex IT environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft tech stack and security.
• Experience engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 escalation support for complex infra, networking, and security issues.
• Design and maintain client infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead project scoping, requirements, and solution design.
• Deliver pre‑sales technical input for proposals and planning.
• Contribute to security assessments and process improvements.
