First Focus IT is seeking a Systems Engineer to own complex client environments, resolving escalations and delivering robust Microsoft‑based infrastructure solutions. You will be the technical SME, collaborating with engineers and clients to design, implement, and optimize systems across cloud and on‑prem setups.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in systems engineering or similar infrastructure-focused IT role.
• Strong troubleshooting in complex environments including security considerations.
• Solid experience with Microsoft technologies: 365, Windows Server, Exchange, AD, GPO, DHCP and DNS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking and security issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain client infrastructure solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead project scoping: requirements, design, estimation and documentation.
• Provide pre‑sales technical input for solution architecture and client consultations.
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments and drive process improvements.
