Qualifications

• You’ll be a natural communicator who can tailor interactions for face-to-face, phone, or written communications.
• Experience in customer service or solution-driven environments with strong administrative aspects is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
