You will support client renewals, verify terms with insurers and prepare renewal materials while maintaining accurate client data and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across face-to-face, phone, and written channels.
• Customer- or solution-driven background with strong administration.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support client renewals and servicing per NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers for outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager to ensure service delivery.
