Job summary

Aon plc in New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive to support client renewals and servicing across the full client journey. You will confirm policy terms with insurers, prepare renewal schedules and reports, and maintain accurate client data across multiple systems.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team. You will be based at our Auckland CBD, Takapuna or Wellington offices and enjoy a comprehensive

• Experience in customer or solution-driven environments with administrative focus.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing per Aon NZ protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers for outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload and deliver excellent service.
