Job summary

Talent Army in Wellington is seeking a data reporting professional to own customer reporting initiatives. You will build impactful dashboards using Metabase and SQL, and manage engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring insights translate into action for clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data to non-technical audiences, driving data quality and scalable reporting solutions for a fast-growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years delivering to external customers (consulting or services).
• Experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong requirements gathering and customer discovery.
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to data quality, accuracy and permissions.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous.
