Job summary

Accident Compensation Corporation is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst in Wellington to design and deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics to support evidence-based decision making. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and lead improvements within the Health Analytics Team.

The role requires strong SQL and Power BI skills, plus experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python and Git.

Qualifications

5+ years' relevant experience in reporting, analytics, BI or related field.
Bachelor-level qualification in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical products informing strategic and operational decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into meaningful reporting and insights.
Lead reporting improvements and contribute to reporting frameworks, standards and best practice.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members while building capability across the team.
