Job summary

ACC New Zealand is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Wellington to join the People and Culture group. You will respond to data requests, deliver accurate workforce insights, and help evolve core data sets using Snowflake and Power BI.

The role reports to the Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead and is a fixed-term position until December 2027, with a salary in the NZD 90,000–100,000 range and a strong benefits package including a 9% superannuation and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and presenting data-driven insights.
• Ability to model data and script in Snowflake.
• Experience creating dashboards and visual storytelling in Power BI.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
