Shifts include Monday-Wednesday 20:00-23:00 and Friday-Saturday 03:00-12:30. NZ work rights and a valid driver's license are essential. English communication is required, with a strong focus on health and safety compliance.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Operate car park sweeper or related equipment as required.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of garden beds and landscaped areas.
• Sweep, mop and toilet cleaning tasks.
• Rubbish collection and disposal throughout site.

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Manukau!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have Part time positionsavailable, with shifts as follows:

Monday-Wednesday: 20:00-23:00

Friday-Saturday: 03:00-12:30

Hourly rates:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Operate a car park sweeper machine to maintain clean and safe parking areas.
• Drive a buggy with a trailer to collect and dispose of rubbish throughout the site.
• Empty waste bins and remove litter from car park areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of garden beds and landscaped areas, ensuring they remain clean and free from rubbish and debris.
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Full NZ and valid Driver's Licence (essential).
• Ability to operate equipment and vehicles safely.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• You must be 18+ due to Company H&S policies.
• All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only. You must have good English speaking and comprehension skills.

You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
