Job summary

Radius Care in Dunedin is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our team at RadiusFulton. You will maintain a clean, hygienic environment for residents and staff, working 12.5 hours per week on a rotating roster. The 12-month term runs until September 2027, with visa restrictions noted for applicants outside New Zealand.

Location:RadiusFulton, 530 Hillside Rd, Caversham, Dunedin

Hours of work: 12.5 hours per week, over a rotating roster.

Term: 12 months, until September 2027 (to cover an employee who has gone on leave)

Note: Radius Care cannot support a work visa/visa change for this role. Visa-holders must have an open work visa with at least 1 year left until expiry. Radius Care is not hiring candidates living outside of New Zealand for this role.

About the role:

Ensure the facility is ship-shape, clean and hygienic. Provide an efficient, effective cleaning service. Assist in creating a comfortable, healthy environment for residents, while considering their wellbeing and individual needs.

Duties include:

• Cleaning resident and communal areas
• Utilising appropriate infection control measures
• Restocking paper products, personal protective equipment (PPE), personal hygiene items
• Completing check lists and signing off on all tasks
