Job summary

Radius Care Matua in Tauranga is seeking a casual cleaner to keep the facility ship-shape, clean and hygienic, supporting residents' wellbeing.

You will clean resident and communal areas, follow infection control measures, restock supplies, complete checklists and enjoy training, staff benefits, fortnightly pay and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Warm personality with excellent people skills and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail is essential for maintaining cleanliness and resident safety.
• Strong organisational skills to manage tasks and shift duties.
• Flexible availability to cover casual shifts as required.

Hours of work: Casual, as and when required

Note: Radius Care cannot support a work visa/visa change for this role. Visa-holders must have an open work visa with at least 6 months left until expiry.

About the role:

Ensure the facility is ship-shape, clean and hygienic. Provide an efficient, effective cleaning service. Assist in creating a comfortable, healthy environment for residents, while considering their wellbeing and individual needs.

Duties include:

• Cleaning resident and communal areas

• Utilising appropriate infection control measures

• Restocking paper products, personal protective equipment (PPE), personal hygiene items

• Completing check lists and signing off on all tasks
