Job summary

Reliance Recruitment is seeking a reliable Class 5 Driver for a Christchurch-based role. You will handle metro deliveries with occasional linehaul or overnight runs, starting 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. A full NZ Class 5 Licence is required and prior freight/logistics experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for vehicle checks, loading/unloading, and accurate delivery documentation, while prioritizing health and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 5 Licence required.
• Experience in freight, logistics, or refrigerated transport preferred.
• Physically fit and able to load/unload goods.

Our client is a well-established commercial door company based in Hornby. They are currently seeking a physically fit and reliable Class 5 Driver to join their team, handling metro deliveries.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• $31 per hour
• Metro deliveries with very occasional linehaul or overnight runs

Key Responsibilities:
