Job summary

AWF Limited is seeking a hardworking Civil Labourer for ongoing on-site work in New Zealand. The role focuses on concreting, paving, site preparation, and general labour across civil construction projects. You will support machine operators and supervisors while maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.

Ideal candidates have civil construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. Class 2 licence is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous civil construction experience essential.
• Experience in concreting and paving preferred.

Civil Labourer - Join Our Team!

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Civil Labourers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of civil construction projects, with a focus on concreting, paving, and general site work.

About the Role

You will assist with a range of civil construction tasks, including:

• Concreting and paving works
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Digging, trenching, and general labouring duties
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting machine operators and supervisors as required
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous civil construction experience is essential
