Job summary

AWF Limited is seeking a hardworking Civil Labourer for ongoing on-site work in New Zealand. The role focuses on concreting, paving, site preparation, and general labour across civil construction projects. You will support machine operators and supervisors while maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.

Ideal candidates have civil construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. Class 2 licence is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous civil construction experience essential.
• Experience in concreting and paving preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Class 2 Licence preferred but not essential.
• WTR endorsements advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Concreting and paving works.
• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Digging, trenching, and general labouring duties.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Assisting machine operators and supervisors as required.
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
