Job summary

Team Global Express is hiring a Claims Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract in New Zealand. You will process claims, manage documentation, and liaise with customers, drivers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

You will work with a Claims Team Leader and contribute to process improvements while upholding safety and compliance standards within a multinational transport and logistics environment.

Qualifications

• You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting the details right.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in logistics or claims handling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing claims, managing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You’ll work closely with your Claims Team Leader and collaborate with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and track claims documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to gather required information.
• Assist in identifying freight discrepancies and damage endorsements.
• Support recovery actions and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims process.
