Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded civil contractor delivering technically demanding three waters and pipeline projects across the central North Island. We are looking for an experienced civil leader to join the team, strengthen on-site delivery, and lead civil crews across a range of three waters infrastructure projects in the Waikato.

If you're a Civil Supervisor or Foreman who takes pride in leading teams, delivering quality work safely and efficiently, and getting stuck

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil construction crews.
• Strong three waters background including pipeline installation and related civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure work meets specification.
• Solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating site crews.
• Interpreting site drawings and ensuring compliance.
• Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme.
• Running pre-starts and maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Coaching and developing your team.

You’ll be involved in:

• Leading and motivating site crews
• Interpreting site drawings and ensuring compliance
• Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme
• Running pre-starts and maintaining a strong safety culture
• Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
• Coaching and developing your team

What You’ll Bring
