Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in civil construction or similar.

• Full clean Class 1 licence and WTR endorsements.
• Strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations for civil structures works, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Plan and organise labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to support efficient project delivery.
• Drive productivity across the crew while maintaining high workmanship and quality outcomes.
• Ensure health and safety policies, procedures, and site expectations are understood and followed.
