Fulton Hogan Ltd in Timaru is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Civil South construction, delivering on a Timaru Port based project. You’ll balance hands-on supervision with planning, driving safety, quality and on‑time delivery, while mentoring crew members.

You’ll bring 3+ years as a Structure Supervisor, plus 10+ years in civil construction with marine/bridge exposure, and a collaborative leadership style aligned to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Structure Supervisor on civil projects.
• Extensive reinforced concrete and structural steel experience.
• Proven ability to lead and grow teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the site crew and subcontractors on structural works.
• Plan, sequence and supervise reinforced concrete, precast and structural steel operations.
• Champion HSQE on site, ensuring standards are met.
• Monitor progress against programme and specifications; troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Maintain records, build client and supplier relationships, and report to the Project Manager.

## Supervisor - TimaruApply: Timaru: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 5, 2026 (29 days left to apply): R26837## Mō te tūranga | About the roleWe’re looking for a **Supervisor** to join our Civil South construction team based in **Timaru.**Our other work specialises in infrastructure construction with a strong focus on reinforced concrete. Our current projects span a wide range, including bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines. This is a senior site-based role where you’ll take the lead on on a Timaru Port based project, delivering civil and structural work. Working side‐by‐side with a tight‐knit team, subcontractors and clients. Day to day, you’ll balance planning and coordination with being hands‐on when it counts, making sure we deliver safely, on programme and to spec.
