Fulton Hogan is seeking a Foreperson for Central Otago's highways network. You will lead crews, plan daily work, manage resources and ensure safe, high-quality maintenance on state highways.

You’ll coordinate with operations teams, clients and subcontractors, driving safety, productivity and continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication and leadership capabilities. Applicants should embrace a team-based, hands-on approach.

The contract, secured for a 10-year term, encompasses all aspects of network maintenance, including cyclic maintenance activities, vegetation management, incident response, winter maintenance services, minor capital works projects and pavement, surfacing and drainage repairs and renewals.We're looking for a Foreperson to join our Central Highways Team.
