Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil Foreperson to join our Central Otago team in Alexandra on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will lead a crew of 2 to 5 people, coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers, and drive safe, on-time delivery to budget and high standards. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in civil construction with crew leadership, strong plan-reading skills, and a current Class 1 licence with WTR endorsement (Class 5 a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Lead your crew to deliver safe, high-quality civil works on time and to budget.
• Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers across your work area.
