Fulton Hogan is offering a Civil Engineering Graduate Programme in New Zealand. You will start in February 2027, rotate across business areas, receive mentoring and hands-on site experience on infrastructure projects.

The two-year programme focuses on safety, wellbeing and real responsibility, helping you build a long-term career in infrastructure while contributing to communities that rely on reliable services.

Qualifications

Grad mode: on. Start your civil engineering career with Fulton Hogan in February 2027. Our two-year Civil Engineering Graduate Programme gives you hands-on experience, real responsibility and the chance to work on infrastructure that keeps communities moving.

• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn.
• A team‑focused attitude and a strong interest in building a long‑term career in infrastructure.
