Job summary

Fulton Hogan invites Civil Engineering graduates to join a two-year Graduate Programme starting February 2027. You'll work onsite on real projects, rotate across different parts of the business, and access structured training and mentoring to grow your career.

We're seeking graduates with an NZ-recognised Civil Engineering degree or diploma (2024–2026), who hold NZ/Australian citizenship or NZ residency, and who are keen on practical contracting work, often outdoors.

• Willingness to work onsite, often outdoors, and on real projects.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable to change throughout the programme.
