Job summary

Fulton Hogan in New Zealand is offering a Civil Engineering Graduate Programme starting February 2027. You will work on-site with experienced site teams, rotate across different parts of the business, and receive training, development programmes, and mentoring. We welcome graduates with a Civil Engineering degree or NZ-recognised diploma (2024–2026).

NZ citizenship, residency or Australian citizenship are required. This hands-on contracting work outdoors and proactivity are valued.

We're looking for passionate, future-thinking grads who:

• Have a Civil Engineering degree or diploma from an NZ-recognised tertiary institute (graduating 2024-2026).
• Hold NZ or Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency.
• Are keen on practical, hands-on contracting work, often on-site and outdoors.
• Are proactive, organised, and adaptable to change.
