Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and manage the site in the absence of the Cinema Manager, Assistant Manager or Operations Standards Manager.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate reconciliation and banking.
• Supervise staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Support staff training and development to deliver consistent service quality.
• Coordinate with other cinema teams to ensure smooth operations.
