The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management experience, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the confidence to take full responsibility for the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department.
• Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation.
• Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety.
• Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.

Hours

• Full-time – 42.5 hours per week, with additional hours if needed.
