Job summary

KiwiQuest in Banks Peninsula, NZ is seeking a lead who can mentor seasonal outdoor instructors and deliver outdoor education experiences for children, young people and adults.

You will live on site, supervise programmes, adapt hours to operations and uphold a safe, engaging environment while driving social impact through a community enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or instructing children and young people outdoors.
• Strengths-based leadership and youth work understanding.
• Strong people skills and a passion for outdoor education.
• Ability to live on site and work varied hours.
• New Zealand driver licence and police vetting eligibility.
