Job summary

LEAD | Executive Search & Impactful Leadership is seeking a CFO for a listed corporate enterprise with diversified assets across New Zealand and Australia. You will drive financial strategy, capital allocation, and governance across a multi-entity group, partnering with the CEO and Board.

The role requires leading funding, treasury, external reporting, and robust modelling to support major capital decisions while ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• CA or similar qualification with executive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in listed statutory reporting and corporate governance.
• Listed company experience is highly desirable.
• Track record in capital-intensive, project-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Board, investors, and auditors.

As their head office remains relatively small, ELT members are involved in a diverse range of projects and initiatives

About The Role

As CFO you'll drive total financial strategy, continuous disclosure, and capital allocation across a multi-entity group structure. Partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board to optimise debt facilities, evaluate opportunities and safeguard internal control environments.
