Qualifications

• Full-time hours: 40+ hours per week (contract is minimum 30 hours per week).
• Reliable transport as Fergbutcher is located in Arrowtown.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality, consistency and presentation of all food leaving the food truck.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients and dietary requirements.
• Work efficiently with Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Contribute positively to the team and maintain a professional, reliable and proactive approach.
• Adhering to the Food Control Plan.
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and standards.
