Qualifications

• Full-time role, min 30 hours per week.
• Reliable transport to Arrowtown.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, consistency and presentation of all food from the truck.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients and dietary requirements.
• Work efficiently with Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Contribute positively with a professional, reliable and proactive approach.
• Adhere to the Food Control Plan.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and standards.
