Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing is partnering with an established hospitality business in Wānaka to recruit two Chef de Partie for permanent, full-time roles. You’ll join a hands-on kitchen team cooking flavour-driven dishes and serving guests in a busy, relaxed setting.

We’re seeking chefs who love the craft, stay composed during peak services, and take pride in quality presentation. Two roles offer a great lifestyle in one of New Zealand’s premier resort towns.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience or solid commercial kitchen experience.
• Strong cooking and presentation skills.
• Confidence working through busy services.
• Good organisation, preparation and time management.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present quality dishes with consistency and care.
• Support smooth, organised preparation and service.
• Work with fresh ingredients and a varied menu.
• Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a great dining experience.
