Job summary

Cardrona Hotel in the Southern Alps is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You will bring a broad skill set and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar kitchen is required, with proven experience cooking Kiwi and Western cuisine. Immediate start; minimum 30 hours per week; permanent residents or visa holders preferred.

Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30hours per week. Rostered hours, including weekends and nights.
