Job summary

The New Zealand Venue Co. in Queenstown is seeking multiple Chef de Partie to join our team and contribute to creating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in planning menus, estimate food and labour costs, order supplies, and train junior staff while upholding hygiene standards and collaborating closely with kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment.
• Complies with hygiene regulations and standards.
