Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a dedicated Checkout Team Member/Sales Support 2IC to join our Tauranga team. You will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing a frontline team that delivers exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.

In addition to leading the team, you will support back-of-house duties, help meet internal audit requirements, and handle daily administrative tasks. A passion for retail and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a large-scale, big-box environment.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the front of house.
• Support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
