Job summary

New World Northwood is seeking a Checkout Supervisor/Operator to lead our busy checkout area. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, scan and pack groceries, and help organise the checkout team to ensure smooth operations.

You will also be responsible for authorising alcohol and tobacco purchases, supporting a positive team culture, and showing initiative in daily tasks. A liquor duty manager’s certificate is required for this role.

As a Checkout Supervisor/ Operator at New World Northwood, you’ll be at the forefront of our busy Checkout department, providing great customer service and helping to lead and organise the checkout team.

Hours

This is a fulltime position with hours and days to be discussed at interview.

• Ability to show initiative and be honest and reliable.


• A liquor duty managers certificate is required.
