Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island in Wellington is seeking highly motivated people to join our Checkout Team on a full-time basis. You will deliver fantastic customer service while operating tills and maintaining a clean checkout area in a fast-paced supermarket environment.

Hours range from 7am to 11pm with weekend shifts required. Prior frontline or cash-handling experience is advantageous, and we offer training and development opportunities to support your growth.

• Previous supermarket or frontline customer service/cash handling experience is an advantage.
• Commitment to safety and ability to stand for long periods.

The role requires the delivery of fantastic 'customer service'. This is an excellent opportunity for a people who have the personal qualities already associated with providing excellent customer service and working in a team.

Previous supermarket or frontline customer service/cash handling experience is an advantage for these roles.

We offer a welcoming work environment with learning, training and career development opportunities; successful applicants will be working with the latest checkout equipment in a fresh, and stylish environment.

There are a range of days available with hours ranging from 7am to close 11pm, all staff MUST also work either a Saturday or Sunday shift.
