Placements24 is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to drive organizational transformation in Queenstown and surrounding regions. You will lead change management workstreams, tailor plans for clients, and collaborate to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.

The role requires deep knowledge of ADKAR/Kotter methods, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Relocation and travel flexibility are valued by the firm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives within organizations.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Assess impact on individuals, teams, and the organization.
• Design and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Identify and manage potential resistance and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to build buy-in.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into plans.
• Measure and report effectiveness of interventions.
