New Zealand Customs Service seeks a Change Advisor to support the eGate Replacement Project, delivering business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support and deployment planning across New Zealand’s international airports.

You will work with Change Specialists and a broad range of operational stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new biometric technology during go-live and Early Life Support, traveling domestically as required.

Formación

> Two to three years hands-on experience establishing and supporting change management, business transformation, operational readiness, project delivery, or related organisational change initiatives.
> Solid foundation in change management methodology.
> Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
> Ability to build effective relationships and engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders.
> Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
> Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
> Experience supporting deployments, implementations, training, or business readiness activities would be advantageous.
> Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
> The ability and willingness to undertake regular domestic travel, including extended periods away from your home location during key project deployment, go-live and support phases.
