This is an opportunity to be part of a nationally significant programme that will help shape the future of New Zealand’s border operations. As Change Advisor, you'll support the delivery of the eGate Replacement Project, a major technology transformation introducing modern biometric solutions across New Zealand's international airports. Working closely with the Change Specialist and a wide range of operational stakeholders, you'll help prepare people for change through business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, and implementation planning. From coordinating deployment activities to supporting go-live and Early Life Support, you'll play an important role in ensuring new technology is successfully adopted across the business. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and working across multiple workstreams to deliver successful outcomes. Based in Wellington, the role will involve travel to Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown throughout project deployment phases.
The salary range for this position is $96,176 to $124,015, with a midpoint of $110,421 per annum.
