Job summary

Talk Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced ECE leader for a Rolleston centre on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role focuses on leading a passionate team, supporting staff, and keeping operations smooth in a people-centric environment.

Ideal candidates are qualified and registered in NZ, with ECE leadership experience and strong communication skills. The role involves mentoring staff, building genuine relationships, and working in a collaborative, supportive setting.
